Cross Country workouts will begin on Tuesday June 30th at the SHFA. They will begin at 7:30 am. Please make sure all participants have the following:
- Updated School Physical (after April 1)
- Parent Permission Form
- Concussion Risk Form
- COVID-19 Risk Assumption Form
- water jug (ex. old milk jug)
- running shoes
If for whatever reason, you cannot make workouts until a later date you may begin following the conditioning workout that Coach Parkman has put together below. If you have any questions please contact Coach Parkman at email@example.com.
